The Fretful Federation Mandolin Orchestra has been selected as one of seven groups to take part in the Adopt a Composer scheme which means it has been paired with a composer and will have a whole new composition written for them. The premiere will be sometime next year and part of it will be aired on Radio 3. The composer will be Esmeralda Conde Ruiz who will be attending the Orchestra’s concert at the Crowborough Community Centre on Friday 20 October.
